VegMarks, a database for genetic marker database for vegetable crops,
accumulates and releases the up-to-date information on DNA markers
developed by Institute of Vegetable and Floriculture Science, NARO (NIVFS).
Marker characteristics such as ID number, map position, nucleotide
sequence of the clones/PCR primers and polymorphism data among
varieties/accessions are available.
Some additional data are restricted
to registered users only. Any inquiries concerning user registration
may be sent to the database managing section (vegmarks@ml.affrc.go.jp).
